I loved large and bright room, it had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a mini fridge bar, a seating area, and a writing desk. The location of the hotel was perfect and excellent - at walking distance from a dazzling Benedictine abbey church.

Is it a hit or a miss? Here's my take
Fine views and attentive staff create a luxurious ambiance that embodies Venice. The vibrant atmosphere and beautifully designed rooms.
High dining prices and inconsistent service detracted from the experience. Cold room service breakfast and limited menu options were disappointing, given the hotel's reputation for luxury.

More seating in common areas would be nice.

By and large, it was nice place for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun and met amazing and charming staff from the maids. The Michelin star rated restaurant with exclusive view and great dining was the best part.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is very good. The facilities in general are good. I couldn't use the pool because it was cool but I think it's fabulous. The free boat service to San Marcos Square is excellent.
The restaurant cips is normal, simple and expensive for what it is. Gold was closed and I couldn't prove it. On the balcony they didn't put the cushions on the chairs like the rest of the surrounding balconies did. At night they left us mineral water on each light table but one time they only left me and not my husband. In the bathroom, the towels were just right, they only left two big ones for the shower and I particularly used two of them, my husband had to use mine. There would be no live music at the reception or a lively bar other than the one at the pool because it has restricted hours. I would miss some complimentary candy like mint or chocolate when doing the night housekeeping service as other hotels have.

The fine lagoon view from our balcony was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed a really good breakfast each morning. One drawback was some noise from other guests during peak hours 😊

I wasn't ready for this!
The luxurious atmosphere and fine views. The attentive staff treated us like family, especially at Cip's Club, where dining was great. Our room was spacious, offering amazing sights of Venice. The complimentary boat service was a magnificent touch. I can't wait to return to this serene oasis!
